In response to requests by their many friends, The Jolly Fishermen present album number six - "Polka Music Is Happiness".

From Royalton comes Joyce Smieja who is the band leader and trumpet player. It is Joyce's trumpet you hear as she plays first and second part harmony.

The rhythm secion features Joey Thelen from St. Martin. Joey's the one who spices up the sound with those special guitar effects.

Terrry Thelen from Albany plays the tuba and the bass guitar. Terry's tuba provides the "oompah" sound all of you love so much.

Tapping out the beat on his drums and setting the pace for the rest of the members is Bob Happke from Pierz.

Typing all instruments together with a melodic thread right out of the past is Jerry Gwost from Flensburg. Jerry's old time renditions on the concertina take one back in time.

The vocals are done by Jerry and Joey.
